This is a WEB site showing how to build an all electric house that ran on 15kwh of batteries and solar for 6 months.

Any builder should be able to build an all electric, net-zero house like this.  They need to make it energy efficient, have a good design and good building practices.    The house could be built anywhere by any contractor, except for the SIP(Structural Insulated Panels).

Even if you do not want to make an all electric house, you can use the information in this site to make the house better for living in
